34.9mm Problem Solvers Direct Mount Adapter Clamp

Description

This doesn't come with any shims, so it should fit a seat tube of 30.9mm
The outer plate is 22.2mm away from where the outer diameter of the tubing would be. Looks like about 38.8mm outboard of where the center of the tube would be.
Unclear exactly which model it is, since the only labeling is "No Step" and "UP." (But it couldn't be the model for 100mm bottom brackets, since it's not wide enough). Process of elimination suggests it's the one for 68/73mm BB shells.
